NVisions worked with and on behalf of the National Council of Workforce Education to empower community colleges in the U.S. to recruit more women and minorities to in-demand training programs in green infrastructure and skilled trades.
- Developed the Advancing Equity toolkit that community colleges can use for recruitment purposes
- Provided virtual and in-person training on the Advancing Equity toolkit to community college leaders and instructors
- Web development/project management for the Illinois Green Economy Network
