K. Michelle & Juvenile to Headline Westbank Heritage Festival
Louisiana Favorites Choppa & Cupid Among Featured Artists
(Louisiana) – Nationally acclaimed R&B and hip hop artists K. Michelle, Juvenile, Choppa and Cupid will serve as featured performers for the 2023 Westbank Heritage Festival. The festival will take place September 23-24, 2023 at the John A. Alario Center and Segnette Field, 2000 Segnette Blvd., in Westwego, La. The festival will take place from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
K. Michelle will headline the festival on Saturday, Sept. 23.
Juvenile will headline and close out the festival on Sunday, Sept. 24.
The Westbank Heritage Festival will also showcase celebrated Louisiana artists and entertainers, including Cupid, Choppa, Denisia, Fresh X Reckless and more.
In addition, festival organizers will host the second annual Gospel Explosion inside the Alario Center on Sunday, Sept. 24 from 12PM to 4PM. Gospel recording artists Arthur Clayton IV, Kim Che’re, and the Jones Sisters are scheduled to perform alongside renowned local choirs.
All events offer free admission. Parking will be $15 per vehicle.

The Westbank Heritage Festival, an initiative of New Growth Economic Development Association, is a thriving entertainment showcase that stimulates economic growth and exposure for businesses and musicians while celebrating the Westbank’s rich heritage. More than 20 food and marketplace vendors will be activated along the festival’s Bestbank Boulevard presented by Priority Health Care.
