Without question, the COVID-19 outbreak has pressed pause on business as usual throughout the world.
No one knows what tomorrow holds, and we hope and pray that our leaders, first responders, businesses and communities will continue to exercise the wisdom and compassion needed to transgress these uncharted waters.
Many are using this moment in history to learn something new, finish or start a project that’s been on hold, spend time with loved ones (at a social distance of course), and prepare for what’s next.
During this time, leaders and entrepreneurs can also secure a strategy for success that equally protects where you’ve been and where you’re headed.
- Revisit and update your vision and/or business plan
- Revise or establish a crisis communication plan and operational procedures
- Create or revamp a one-sheet, resume and cover letter
- Update your portfolio or capabilities statement
- Enroll in a course or participate in a webinar to develop new skills
